Established in 2016, KPM was the first academy in the world to include Perfomance Psychology, Presentation, Physiotherapy & Massage, as well as Stage Style & Fashion into its piano program. Each year artistic director Gintaras Januševičius and his team update their program to help aspiring pianists navigate the constantly changing world of classical music. "In today's constantly changing music environment, organizational skills, versatility, and the ability to analyze the market play a critical role. Many talented artists struggle to make their voices heard while others manage to turn their passion for music into a wonderful job. When we created this unique program of KLAIPĖDA PIANO MASTERS back in 2016, our goal was to train the next generation of piano personalities and equip them with the tools necessary to create opportunities for themselves and grow their audiences.
